Renewals
A client file is set up once, and every date on it keeps working for you after that.
The licence number, dates, names, activity and TRN are read in, with the authority, emirate and mainland or free zone recognised. You confirm each value.
Partners, managers, signatories, PROs, employees and dependants, each with a passport, visa, Emirates ID and labour card and their expiry dates.
The renewals board shows expired, urgent and upcoming documents for the next 90 days, and one email at 08:00 lists what is due.
Record the new expiry and scan, and the old scan is archived. Not renewing stops the reminders, with the reason kept.
